Property Manager

We are looking for an efficient property manager to manage the daily operations of properties, advertise vacant properties, and handle tenant relations. The property manager’s responsibilities include coordinating maintenance work, enforcing leases, and preparing performance reports.

In this role you will:

  • Contract and supervise repairs and maintenance work
  • Conduct property inspections (move-in/move-out) and ensure compliance with AllView Real Estate standards
  • Manage resident and property related issues as they arise and document in specified property management system. Act as a liaison between tenants and maintenance coordinators to resolve escalated and emergency maintenance issues.
  • Assist in managing a portfolio of residential properties in accordance with company objectives and metrics.
  • Perform various tasks as business needs arise.
  • Maintain records of income, expenses, signed leases, complaints, maintenance, etc.
  • Obtain vendor bids for projects and coordinate repairs with vendors and tenants
  • Respond to escalated and emergency maintenance issues in a timely, courteous manner

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Real Estate license (preferred)
  • 1 year as a property manager
    • Open to candidates with relevant experience in the real estate industry
  • Technical property know-how (advantageous)
  • Strong communication and organization skills (able to speak clearly with clients).
  • Ability to multi task, consistently follow up, troubleshoot issues and work well under pressure.
  • Excellent problem-solving, conflict negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
