Born and raised in Hawaii, Godwin brings a unique perspective and a deep appreciation for fostering genuine relationships. After earning a Master’s degree in Sport Psychology from UC Santa Cruz, he spent years honing his ability to connect with people on a profound level, which has been invaluable in his real estate career. His journey in California began in 2008, and San Diego has since become the place he proudly calls home.

Before transitioning into real estate, Godwin successfully owned and operated a personal training business starting in 2016, where he focused on delivering exceptional service and results. This experience instilled in him an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for serving others, which now drives his commitment to helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
