Daniel Gutierrez is the Founder and CEO of AllView Real Estate, a modern, integrated real estate ecosystem built to simplify ownership and create lasting value. Guided by the belief that real estate should enhance life not complicate it Daniel has designed AllView to align people, process, and capital across the entire real estate lifecycle.

Under Daniel’s leadership, AllView has grown into a multi vertical platform spanning residential and commercial brokerage, property management, leasing, development, and investment advisory. Each vertical is intentionally connected, creating clarity for clients and compounding value through disciplined execution and long term thinking.

Daniel’s focus today is on vision, culture, and strategic architecture building scalable systems, exceptional teams, and aligned partnerships that deliver consistent, high quality outcomes. His perspective is shaped by years as an operator and investor, having personally acquired, repositioned, and managed assets across Southern California and Nevada. He continues to invest personally across multifamily, single family, commercial, and development projects.

Daniel holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management with concentrations in Real Estate and Finance, a California Real Estate License, and undergraduate degrees in Business Administration, Economics, and Spanish from the University of Oregon. Prior to founding AllView, he worked in private equity and healthcare operations, leading acquisitions and turnarounds of complex organizations.

Prior to joining AllView Real Estate in 2020, Brenden was a commercial real estate broker for one of the largest commercial real estate companies in the world. He specialized in Multi-family investment and sales in the Southern California market. Through his experience in brokerage, multi-family development, and personal investments in multi-family, Brenden has developed a passion for property management and real estate portfolio management. Whether it comes to the simple day to day tasks of management or large projects, Brenden has the experience and drive to successfully complete the job. Brenden graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Regional Development and a minor in Business Administration and holds a California Real Estate Brokers License.

Shannon is a California State University of San Marcos graduate with a degree in Communications. She began selling real estate, full-time, in 2013 and has dedicated her career to serving clients in all aspects of their real estate needs. Shannon’s professional experience in management and client service combined with her tireless work ethic provides a successful and stress-free real estate experience for her clients. Her local market knowledge combined with her experience in marketing and communications ensure her client’s receive every advantage in San Diego’s dynamic real estate market. Prior to her real estate career, Shannon worked in the Community Relations department for the San Diego Chargers where she developed a true passion for everything the San Diego community offers. When she is not focused on real estate she is volunteering her time back into the community by assisting local foundations and philanthropic efforts.
