Marcia is a seasoned real estate professional with over 30 years of local expertise in San Diego County, specializing in both the beach communities and North County inland areas. Now proudly affiliated with AllView Real Estate, she brings a deep understanding of the region, a passion for service, and a personal, relationship-first approach to helping clients buy and sell homes.
Before entering real estate, Marcia built successful careers in education and event planning experience that translates into excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a wide network of trusted local connections, especially valuable to those new to the area.
Marcia also has a keen eye for design and extensive hands-on experience with home improvement projects. She has worked closely with subcontractors on both interior and exterior remodels, helping clients prepare their homes for market with confidence and style.
